I would classify it as a bawl with a chop. Most of my beagles have loud bawl mouths. It is a trait I breed for.

I have a male that sounds exactly like that. It is a squall. How is Blue Bawls bred? Is he a Blue Back Hound? My dog is bred that way and several of these hounds have squall mouths like that.

i have a dog called pine mt. scurbby out of t rex that sounds like that sometimes i get worried thinking something has jumped him. i love that mouth and it makes the other dogs excitied to
