Mark,
I think Tom made a nice outcross when he bred Boldstroke Jill to Pee Wee's Grizz!!! This whole litter is doing great! Tom is breeding Jill back to Grizz this winter.
Do you get many solid Black and Tans from the Boldstroke's, or is that coming from the Bramlett side? I often thought I might want to get a solid Boldstroke gyp for future breeding. But I like the solid Black and Tans.

Adam,
I will be heading to Carolina sometime in the future to Breed Riley to one of Marks females. Your more than welcome to ride along. I hope it will be sometime during cool weather so we can get out and run the dogs for a few days.

Thanks for the invite Mike, however I'll have to pass this year as I burned up all of my vaccation time on my Iowa trip.
Mark, If you ever get a SOLID Black and Tan female that will be 15" class, let me know. I know Tom Rusinack produced a nice looking almost solid Black and Tan, out of solid Boldstroke dogs!
(I'm not too fond of white) LOL!

It has been my experience that TOO much solo can cause packing problems. He needs to know he is a pack hound also. It may be a result of too much solo at a young age, then they only hunt alone. JMHO
