You can try this:
http://www.jefferspet.com/ssc/product.a ... terramycin
He could have a recurring conjunctivitis or have tear duct problems (sounds more like conjunctivitis to me). Clamydial conjunctivitis is hard to get cleared up and can keep coming back.
I would clean the eye well with saline solution http://www.jefferspet.com/ssc/product.a ... =opticlear being very careful not to touch the eye with the tip of the bottle, then apply the Terramycin opthamic ointment (also being careful not to touch the tip to the eye).
You shouldn't need any oral antibiotics, but if it doesn't clear up with in a week or two, you might want to consider orals (such as amoxicylin).
Good luck

THANKS BUNNY RUNNER,,,,,,,i know if i hunt him frequent it doesnt do it as bad but if i dont hunt him alot it mats up i use a warm wash cloth to soften it up so his eye comes open but then all this nasty yello puss comes out,,,,,i use an eye cleaner with saline and it seems to clear the junk out,,,,,,,im thinking he may be alergic to something around my kennel because a guy hunted him 2 seasons ago when i was down and never once had a problem with his eye,,,,,,

Here is some info!
Hope it helps. This link is a great source for alot of problems. I have the book, which is the "desk reference" that vets use!
I recommend it highly.
