Ear Problems

I have 8 year old female Had some ear problems. Had her to vet she seems fine till you turn her loose she goes in circles you have to go get her . Vet used some big name said she may always be that way. Help Please.

Please explain the problems she is having with her ears. There is just not nearly enough info on the dogs problems.

She acted drunk shook her head and held her head a little to one side.The vet gave her Malotic to put in her ears .He also gave her Prednizone pills to take . Her head is now straight has been 3 wks she still when loose call her she can hear you but runs a circle can't get to you. If she is on chain she seems fine in pen she can't function.
