dog starting

i recently acquired to dogs for rabbit hunting one is very lightly started the other is not.i dont have a lot of money to pay to start these dogs is there anyone out there that would take these dogs and start them for me i live in the city and dony have anywhere near by that i could do this at.i know this is asking a lot but i would be forever grateful if someone could help me out here please.
