When you get a chance you might try giving Mike Nix a call.He is located in Memphis. His number is 901-767-2117.I havent talked to him since about 1993.He knows everyone and has been very active in the SPO movement. He can steer you in the tight direction.

Hey ya'll

Post by bootlegger »

I am new to the board I live in Water Valley(20 miles south of Oxford). I have gotten out of beagles over the last 3 years and now I need to find some pups to get back into the swing of things. Anyone know of anybody near me with Bluetick beagle pups(grade or UKC)?

Here is the link to some info I posted on the other Q and A Board. It's got the town it is located in and full directions. Just about 10 mintues south of New Albany, Ms. and about 45 minutes east of Oxford, MS.

http://www.espomagazine.com/board/viewtopic.php?t=3105

The ad is in Hounds and hunting Magazine. Tallahatchie is a Gundog Club that is raising money to help fix up their club and running grounds. It is just a good old club that brings a lot of beaglers together this time of the year to Chat, Sell, Buy, and Trade.

I think you will have fun. Last year there was about 100 people that showed up and about 30 ot 40 hounds sold/traded. 2 venders was there selling and should be back this year also.
