Prayer Request

Post by DarrinG »

Please say a prayer for the family of a slain Deputy Sheriff here. Ask God to give peace and healing to his family.

Also pray for his partner who is in critical but stable condition in the hospital. He was seriously wounded.

Both these men were serving and protecting a community they cherished.

Thank You.

May God be with their families and with the doctors as they tend to the wounded officer. May He give them strength, peace and comfort as only He can. Amen

For I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your
right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help
you. (Isaiah 41:13)...

Trust in his promises...lean upon him....And draw from his strength

All the best...Patch

Today was a tough day here. I watched one of my fellow Officers laid to rest, knowing his life was cut short because he upheld the oath he took before God and all, to serve and protect his community.

Continue to pray that God will give healing and peace to the broken hearts of his family, friends and fellow officers.

Thank You.

Darrin, words cannot express how we feel.

Those of you that serve by standing between the bad guys and us protecting and shielding all of us with your lives are appreciated more than you can ever know.

God bless his family and all of you that wear the uniform.

Update on the surviving Deputy: He took a shotgun round to the face/head. He has lost one eye and is scheduled for surgery tomorrow morning to attempt to save his vision and repair severe facial damage.

Please continue to pray for his well-being.

Thank You.
