Big Meadow Dog

Do any of you know much about the Big Meadow dogs that Dennis Kennedy have in western Pa.I know he runs AHRA Little Pack,but how do they hunt and run,and what are they off of.

not sure what they go back to but they hunt well,have good foot and use there mouths right.they are very fine dogs.
good dogs run on good days,great dogs run when u take them out

I watched one run at the world a couple years ago, The guy handling the female was one of the Kennedy's boy, but the little female he had was a good search dog, I believe it got a jump in the cast I watched. I think it lost the cast by 10 points.

i know dennis and danny. two realy good guys with very good dogs.they have a lot of dogs placing and wining in lp.

I've judged them before and they are very good.The ones I have seen could do it in all conditions and were FAST.

Are Big Meadows dogs predominately Red and Whites ? Just curious.

I bred my R/W male to a tri. big Meadows female she raised 8 really pretty R/W pups. I got 1 for the breeding and that female is one of the toughest young dogs I have ever had.

I haven't run against any of Dennis's dogs lately but in the mid-90's he ran a tough bunch of hounds. You had to bring your "A" game everytime against them if you wanted to compete. Dawgy
