Rabbit Fever, unless there has been a decline in temperatures (due to global warming) :D I would think your temps would get above the 80's in the summer. Or at least I remember them higher than that growing up in Ladysmith as a kid. Maybe you live close to the lake so you are blessed with lower temps... Hope so! Some day, maybe we can get together on one of my trips to Wis to hunt.

I just spoke to a friend that has about 3000 chickens and uses poulty slats who said he could buy panels that were 2x4 with 1.1x1.1 openings for $11.50 per panel. He said that they are very durable and will last forever and has even sold them to bird dog owners for above ground kennels. He has around 200 new panels in his storage barn right now and will sale them to who ever wants them.

I just spoke to Ron again about the poultry slats and he said he had 203 panels that he would like to sell. He said anyone that would buy all of them could have all 203 for $2000.00.

What I don't like about the Farmtek panels are the opening size. I don't think waste would fall thru. The openings are a 1/4x1/4 smaller. That is only my opinion.
