Is it ok to give a pregnant dog IVOMEC.

I would not. It's hard on their system and might cause problems. Try something with fenbendazole or pyrantel pamoate.

I asked my vet the same question about using Heatrguard Plus (Ivomec and Pyrantel) and he said that it was fine throughout the pregnancy. So, I guess it depends on who you talk to...

In the past I have been using Interceptor ,switched over to Ivomec about a year ago,I have not done any breeding since I switched . I did in the past leave my pregnant females on Interceptor during pregnancy with out any problems. Any advice, or experinces would be appreciated.
