The size isn't what matters, it is if she is producing enough. If you already have the pups, and the are doing fine, then you are ok.
I agree, you should have her on all the puppy food she wants to eat and all the water too. At least in humans, women burn 500-800 more calories per day creating milk while nursing their young. Now I don't have any idea about dogs, but they are smaller and have more to feed. So I always give my dog all she wants while nursing.

Try Milk Aid
Give her milk aid. Best if you start this about a week before the pups are born and keep her on it for about two weeks after they are born. Milk aid helps with milk production and keeps acid levels down. I have used it with my last two litters and it worked great.......Harvey

Not cutting down the milk aid product, but I never had any luck with it. What works best for me is starting the bitch on Esbilac Milk replacer mixed with her food about a week to ten days before she has pups. I give her about two tablespoons a day with some cottage cheese mixed in with it. Additionally I give her a multi vitamin and a couple of yeast pills every day. After the pups are whelped I like to mix in a high quality canned dog food in with her dry dog food, still giving the esbilac and the cottage cheese. Usually after whelping bitches aren't big on eating for a couple days, but most just can't turn down the canned dog food. I keep this up, feeding them a couple of times a day after the pups are born up until they are three or four weeks old. My bitches actually plump up on me a little bit while nursing and their coats have a nice shine to them. They are always full of milk at least a week before whelping, the only problem I have is drying them up because they milk like holsteins.

I have been using non-medicated powdered calves milk (no soy added) sprinkled on top of puppy chow. I start this about a month before whelping and do it the entire time they are nursing. They produce more milk than they need. I had a female raise 7 pups about 4 months ago and she stayed full of milk. I continue the same thing for the pups after they start eating dry food. The pups have all been fat and healthy with great coats. Good luck.

She may not look too big in the teat dept. yet but the hormones produced during whelping and from eating the placentas stimulate milk production as does the nursing action of the puppies.
(keep it to one or two placentas to minimize "the runs")
I also do the cottage cheese mixed with her food and I am going to go order some Esbilac Milk Replacer per Slaux's recommendation. Can't hurt.
Best of luck!!!
