Blackdirt, I think most of these guys have dog issues themselves and by posting here and trying to stick their nose in this (all of a sudden) they can forget about their troubles for a while.

Why don't some of you guys take your hounds down and run with swing or Blackdirt or are you scared?

You know, this was only supposed to be between Swing and Blackdirt, I just tried to provide some neutral territory and everyone else just can't seem to butt out. This thread should be locked and we just all need to move on.

Yeah I have dog issues... lol that's funny. I mearly brought up another account where blackdirts mouth couldn't back what he said, nothing unusual... Seen he was banned from UKC boards for acting like a 3 year old, that kinda sums him up. I run against him no problem but I don't think he'd want to.

AlabamaSwamper-What is there to be scared of ? Are these guys going to beat me up? I doubt it and if there dogs are better than mine who gives a crap. Ill tell you what my dogs are both young but give me a couple of months and if I get an invite I will take it. Sounds like fun to me. Scared, man give us a break.

Well then, in two months, take yourself to IL and run with Blackdirt. Quit worrying about him and Swing and go yourself, I'm sure Blackdirt wouldn't mind.

Just having fun, I don't know anything about either one of your dogs, just having a little fun. I think you should meet at a pine thicket in Alabama, Swing knows the place where I met him. Now that was rabbit country!

anyone is welcome here to run. if you want it to be a fun goof off day, thats fine... if you want it to be a big super competition, thats fine too. all are welcome. bring your best dogs and camcorders and leave the excuses at home. mine might win a few and lose a few but they wont get embarrassed... that i'll guarantee.

Dirt you are exactly right but i think you misunderstood what i was saying. I respect anyone that promotes gun dogs as i think the both of you do. I was merely stating that this whole deal had gone to the point where you were getting attacked for some stupid reason and all i was pointing out is you now have the power to put an end to it.

I for one would like to see the run even though i know i could never make it just for the fact that i have:

1) Never seen a Bramlett bred hound in person
2) Never seen a Bramlett hound run
3) Never personally knew anyone one that owned one
4) Never owned a hound that had any of the Bramlett blood in any generation.
5) have no idea what is behind them but always thought i would like to try one cause i heard good things.

I know a little about what is in the background of swings dogs only because some of the blood also runs through the veins of what i hunt so my interest was merely to hear how a line different from anything i have ever owned compared to the style i was more accustomed with. I was not mudslinging on anyones behalf just curious. Good luck to you.

AlabamaSwamper- I will go run with him, I dont have a problem with it. I'll tell you one thing, if someone has better dogs than me I'll be the first to admit it. Ill go to Illinois for fun or for competition I dont really care because running dogs is fun to me no matter what. As for your remark about me WORRYING about Dirt and Swing your doing the same thing you Hypocrite. I wonder if you will make the trip to Illinois. If you want to call people out you better be willing to go run also. I bet you won't. Let me know I'll send you $20 buck for gas too.

$20 ain't gonna get me much gas these days but.....

If you'll send me $50, I might just drive up to BD's and run for a day or two and look around for somewhere to deer hunt in IL while I'm there.

As lots on here know, I'm not scared to run with anyone, even though I don't have anywhere near the best dogs. I routinely put my dogs down with champion dogs and proven gun dogs from GA and TN as well as here in AL.

As long as those dogs ain't cheaters, which rules out running with Branko and most other hare bred dogs, my dogs will hold their own. Not saying cheating is bad but it takes a cheater to run with a cheater I guess is what I am saying and mine don't cheat.
