As far as me changing things I dont know that I have changed any, if I drive to where the run is suppose to take place it will be alot closer for you than me, and I am sticking to my guns, your dog beats mine I will pull the trigger and you can watch.
If anybody seen me making any changes I'd like to see it.
But then again my dog hasnt changed hands 6 times and all of a sudden became my own line of dogs. LOL

hmm... what a coincidence, mine either. i owned toms parents(and 1 grand parent), bred them, raised him as a puppy, gave him to my uncle(he started tom), and after my old stud died i got tom back. changed hands once to a relative who keeps the same dogs more or less as me...lol try again swing. how bout your dog, where did he or his parents come from?swing wrote:

Swing, I like what you run! Stone is a very nice dog that knows how to drive a rabbit, just how I like seeing it done. Every dog I have ever seen from you has been clean. I know you spend a lot of time with these dogs and you know how to train a hard hitting rabbit dog, no doubt about that!swing wrote:If thats what you want to do that is fine with me Beagleboy, I will fore warn you tho, I have entered my dog in 4 P.P. trials and he was only picked up in one, and was winning the cast by over 100 points when he was picked up, and after they picked him up they had trouble getting a rabbit circled.
Just thot I would let you know.
I say my dogs are more suited for P.P. than they are L.P.
Randy Beavers has judged Stone in the Ill. state hunt. ( If he wants to comment he can)
Sounds like Brian has several nice rabbit dogs as well. I have never seen them run but looks like they do good under the gun.
I would love to come and watch this, if you guys would leave the guns at home......and just let Brewer and Emery award me with the losers dog, lol!
You all take care,
Randy

Brian,
I know your so tight you squeek when you walk so I will make you an offer....... If you can get someone to bring you down to Rushville I will haul you to the MAIN EVENT SITE. I know you would rather me drive up there and pick you up but a guy has to draw the line somewhere.

I have a few ideas! Instead of shooting the loosing dog, why not just shoot the loosing owner? The dogs are probably smarter than you guys are anyways, and it would be a bigger loss to the sport to loose them than it would you! Also, you could keep all this idiotic stuff over on Swings board where it belongs!
This little Piggy went weeee weeee weeee all the way home! (lol)
It ain't going to happen not this time not ever!
If i had to shoot every dog that i owned and thought was good that got beat by another hound i wouln't have anything to hunt with.
I would say you both have "decent" hounds or you wouldn't be so eager to publicly talk about their abilities. On the other hand before i would even consider to enter a bet as such i would want to know for darn sure that i had the best dogs cause this is one match i wouldn't want to be the looser of.
Swing i remember the look on the face of Mike Tyson the night Buster Douglas upset his apple cart! You don't really want the same look on yours do you!
Don't know you or Dirt but you are awful confident and trust me there are some ole boys out there that have enough power in their pens and the midset to take such a bet just for the sheer joy of seeing the same expression on your face that Tyson had on his.

BLACKDIRT & SWING
MEETING HALF WAY SOUNDS FAIR TO ME, YOU COULD BOTH TRAVEL SAME DISTANCE. THAT WAY WE'LL ALL KNOW WHO HAS THE BEST
DOGS & WHO HAS TO HUSH.

Swing didn't aske me to do this. I figured that I didn't want to drive 6-7 hours to get up to your place, so I picked neutral ground that was about close to half way for each of you. But if you have to make it all look like Swing can't fight his own battles, then so be it. I am not going to drive up to northern IL. So you will have to find someone else to judge and write an article about it.then now he has emery post this, once again completely different from the original challenge
My final words on the subject.

oh come on now aaron you dont have to be like a woman too do you? and talk about a guy and his dogs...lol. this is my last comment on this topic and then i hope someone locks it up... i already said my terms and thats pretty much it... i dont think i could make it any simpler or easy to understand... this is between me and swing and not 8 or 10 guys who think they know best
. im not gonna run in a big circus that swing has created... if he wants to run with me... thats great. he can bring a judge and the 3 of us will go. and the judge can write it all down, video it, whatever he likes. but i have STILL not heard from swing in person about this so i really doubt he will ever run with me. i do know one thing... this sure did turn into a big mess cause swing cant talk for himself. anyhow my doors always open if swing or anyone would like to come run for fun and shoot the bull (not dogs). and aaron if i remember right you saw 2 of my dogs run about a year ago for an hour and a half and one of those i dont even own anymore. your either a heck of a judge or an idiot if you can learn all about a dog in an hour and a half... and i know which one id label you as
.
