I don't know about predicitions of who will win, but I think there will be close to 700 dogs there, and there will be some good long running rabbits.

i think this is going to be the biggest hunt ever, last wear i thought mike kliver did a freat job on the way he handjled the hunt and the way things moved along. the bench judging was terible to many dogs up at once and only one judge making a decision on who the winner was. in judging for get the good old boy or the big shot, judge the dog and be fare not parceial. do what you should do and you can go home and look in the mirror. AND SAY I WAS FAIR.

not really there are a lot of good dogs out their, my only concern is that sometimes the owner wins and not the dog in the field if you know what i mean, that is why i keep on telling JUDGES TO BE FAIR, judge the dog not who owns him them. in that case the best dog will win on a given day, some people in areas where their a lot more clubs will see a lot more dogs then in the area i live in, maryland. but we do have some dogs in are area that can compete if given a chance, i will be at the world hunt see you all their, and GOD BLESS, keep up the comments.

Dan the Crusher or Well's Bomber for the Grands. Course the Logan Elm Kennels seem to be the ones to beat.

I would say look for some central ky dogs to be right in there in the finals. There are some tough dogs from here, that are gonna be hard to beat.
EAST RIDGE KENNEL

East Ridge The Dark Side
Weedeater Foxy

Don't get to attend many trials but one particular dog I judged TK's Round Mt. Jake really done some impressive work. He may be hard to handle especially if there is good running and lots of rabbits.

world hunt 2005, 636 dogs, down a little from 2004, but still not bad, i would like to give the directors of this hunt a BIG WELL DONE HAND,this hunt went real smooth from signing in to getting to the field and back. i give a lot of credit to Mike Kliaber, the man that gets the judges, tells them what he wants done, gets everyone to their staging area and gets the show on the road, telling the judges and the guides where they are gone. a man that runs a tight hunt and shows no favortism to anyone, he is just one fair man in my book. This was my fourth world hunt and one of the best. KEEP THE DOGS RUNNING. GOD BLESS
