female about ready to welp?

is there anything i should start doin special for my female she is due to have pups in 15 days i have been excercising her regularly and she is in decent shap just wonderin if i should start addin something to her feed.

I would ease up on the exercise, just do walks. If she looks tired, then it is time to stop.

Nothing added to the feed until she actually delivers. Pups gain most of their weight and size the last part of the pregnancy. If you increase the feed, they will grow bigger and possibly make for difficulty in the delivery. Then once she delivers, she gets all she wants to eat so she can make the milk she needs.

When I used to feed Diamond, I switched over to puppy food for her after she delivered, but now that I feed Black Gold, the distributer that I talked to said that the black bag wasn't much different than their puppy food and cost a heck of a lot less. It was sufficient to raise pups on by itself.

I lost a whole litter a while back. My vet said it could have been a Staph infection. he gave me antibiotics to give her for 7 days before my last litter was born.
