I don't know if either bloodline is known for consistantly producing small size Beagles, but I have a 11 inch male thats a paternal grandpup to FC Blue Banks Pleaser. On that same side he's got some Ace In the Hole, Cajun Driver Macrae (out of Dingus Macrae), Waiska River Maximum Effort. He's heavy Gay bred on the dam's side. Has Lear's Gay Hondo in the back.
He's not a dwarfed hound, and I suppose I'll find out soon whether or not size runs in the line. Have a litter due out of him and a Branko/Indian Hills bitch at the end of March.

I would not reccomend any Whiska River Maximum Effort, he was over 15" dog.

Ranger Dan breeding especially when line bred can produce some awful small dogs.

I've got a 11 1/2" bitch off Ranger Dan that's a super little hound but her size is a big disadvantage. She's had a good field trial career, mostly in Large Pack- all her points but just one win. She's as good a hunting dog as a fellow could want and if she were 2 inches taller there aren't many hounds could hang with her. Careful what you wish for!
