My friend and hare hunting buddy is in the hospital with heart problems. Matt writes articles for several beagle magazines and has written a couple books on small game hunting. He may be best known for his Maine North Woods tent adventures.

So sorry to hear the Bad news,, I feel as if I know him, as we been Pen Pals for Many years.. He an out buddy from La. Bob Toucheaug, was pen Pals way before these old computers were invented..

Well I come on here for some good news and hunting tales and get this bad news. Like reading Matt's stuff in magazines. Makes me feel like I know him, which means he's probably just a down to earth rabbit/hare hunter who likes dogs and Nature. My prayers for him, his friends and family.
