wirehaired pointing griffon

Post by sammiller03 »

My wife and i are considering getting a griffon for a family/hunting dog. I am having a hard time finding a breeder in my area and was hoping some one knows some one who breeds them that they can point me to. I know this is not a easy breed to find . Just hoping some one can help me out.

thanks

A lady who works for me and her family have had them for years. The last one they got was from Oregon and it wasn't part of the Griffon society membership. If you need more details i can ask her.

before you buy one of them check out the italian spinone. i don't own one but would LOVE to. i've seen a couple. they can point, retrieve, swim (webbed feet) and are great house dogs. very mellow. let me know if you get one. :)
