R.I.P. IFC Hunt-Em-Up Anna

Post by Mike McPherson »

Anna passed away memorial day. She was 12.5 and the best I have had. During the trials she was known as the Squeaky dog as she would squeak and squeal out of a check area. At the end of the trial she was most often the winner. She was an awesome gun dog great on snow. 16 pound dog with a 20 pound heart. We will never replace her. Just thought I would
let it be known.

Sorry to hear that Mike. One of the best little females I've seen. Her sister Katie is still here alive and kicking. She like Anna has that same squeaky mouth and she is also about 16 pounds. I keep her in shape run her a few times a week brush her teeth, anything I can do to prolong her usefull life. She is the nicest dog I will ever own. Sorry to here of your loss. Regards....Andre

I had the opportunity to watch Anna "drive" several times. Mike has bred & owned several great hounds. When he states that Anna was his best, that alone speaks volumes. I have owned three pups out of Anna & Sport. Top caliber hounds. I have one out of Anna's last litter, Green Bay Romo, which is six months old. Mike, Romo will make you proud.

I too will NEVER forget Anna. Thanks for everything,
Joe Kuklinski

My condolences I was able to be present at a couple of her trials.She was a beautiful hound as well as very very talented left a lot good memories as did a lot of Speedy Sport off spring. Best of Luck, Steve Church ps the info i posted should been 17 pups not 27- typo.
