I don't know how your dogs stayed silent. Mine would have killed themselves trying to get at that rabbit and been howling like nothing else!

I don't know for sure, but those hounds had just been put up after 8 - 10 hrs of constant hare running. They are very disciplined hounds. No barking in the kennel or anywhere else unless pursuing. They have learned. I would imagine some barking and excitment would have been displayed, had that hare been released before running. Lol. I don't own those particular ones, but are exact breeding as I keep. The gentlemen that kennels those has been trading hounds with me for 35 years. He is top shelf. Best of the best. His hounds do all the talking.

Hi Joe, She's doing well. Packing up with other hounds bit more readily. Making progress , but as with all young hounds, can frustrate u a bit also. Lol Should be a good one. Have to get together again one day. Was a good time. Maybe c your hound scale that rock face again. She was following that rabbit where ever it went !!!
