Coyoteys NJ,

Post by gfedor »

Ran my older dog and buddies pups today in our regular spot, (industrial area with some thick hedgerows in between them) dogs doing great, and than dogs go quiet, and older dogs start to growl, then the hair raising sound of the coyote howls, at three diff locations, called the dogs, started yell, blow the wislte etc. Got all dogs back ok, but if I was only running the pups I fear the outcome.

I can`t say for sure being this is my first year hunting them with my Patch Hounds. Frank Randol say`s the get very aggressive when they have young. Carry a pistol if you can.
