Re: what now?
I'd run. However I also am diligent about checking and double checking to make sure I have all my stuff. I have too many "senior moments" not to. I use a small or large travel bag depending on what I need. I forget my leash much more often than my collars.

If I couldn't run my dogs with out collars then I dont need them I could see running dogs that arent total broke

Re: what now?
If I left my shocking collars (I don't use a tracking system)... I would definitely drop my pack and run. Don't get me wrong. It's definitely an ease of mind running them with the collars on, but I wouldn't mind running without them either.
Also, 3 hours is a long way to drive (especially one way) and end up not hunting.

Joe , Short prayer, drop the tailgate and cut em loose. Send the wife a message saying may be a bit late today. Or like me, thats an automatic when running hounds. Lol

Re: what now?
I'd still run, but might leave one or two in the box...Grand Dad and Dad would haunt me from the grave if I didn't turn 3 or 4 loose any way. LOL

I'd run, that's a long way to go and blow it off over collars.I rarely use training collars and often wonder why I bother with trackers, I do like the info I get from them and always knowing where they are though.

That's funny Al!!! I've got home and realized I left one or 2 in the woods.

I always collar mine in the kennel. ready to roll when they are still in the truck. Remove collars when I get home.
