I don't know what you may be looking for but I do know Shakamak state Park in Jasonville, IN has cabin rentals and there is also a home that is rented across the street from Shakamak. There is a nice Motel in Linton, In called the Park Inn. I live in the area and if I know what you have in mind I can do some checking around as beings I live here I don't have much need to look for cabin rentals but have seen signs and ads for summer seasonal rentals.

There is a camp ground in Sullivan has cabins that's about 25 min from the running grounds
