IFC BLACKIES T- REX

Any info on running style ,speed nose.......... any one have any dogs out of him that could give me some input .He has a great pedigree .Thanks in advance.

Hello Eddy williams we have a male out of him that is a great rabbit dog his name is Shallow's Grove's Ego and he has a few places in trials but we haven't trialed in a long time... He has a good chop mouth, a good line dog and works a check like its suppose to be done and he is an awesome handling dog also. He still can run with the best of them and still puts the rabbits on the move so when he starts barking the rabbit is on the move. Blackie's T-Rex is out of Proper Baron and Blackie's First Prize, and Ego is out of Blackies T-rex and Wolf Lakes Stell May so thats a little info for you hope it helps

He's an awesome hound! I judged him twice. I judged the first trial he was entered in & he placed third when very young against tough competition. I later judged him about a year later & he & FC Sunset Scooter put on a show. They both deserved a blue ribbon, but T-Rex edged him out in my opinion, but they both had enough score to run my pencil out of lead. Rex is fast & smooth; great check work; hunt, nose , brains, etc. Defintley one of the best hounds I've seen, big or small , male or female. Only fault in my eyes was his high pitch , squeak type mouth, but I've heard his pups have better voices. Great hound ! Greg Wells

t-rex is a fast running male and amazing nose I live in Ontario ,my boys and I finished him for his IFC title, we also finished a little female named cricket for her IFC title as well really fine running little female ,Mike and Todd have a first class kennel and are really nice people.
