A general forum for the discussion of hunting with beagles, guns, clothing and other equipment and just talking dawgs! (Tall tales on hunting allowed, but remember, first liar doesn't stand a chance)
An internet friend sent me this message,he lives in Missouri.
"A beagle showed up in the neighborhood here and he was either dumped or was left. He had a collar at one time but no name tag. He's kind of a nuisance because he runs rabbits all around and he's wore his welcome out with 3 of us in the area because he stirs up our dogs. So, I'd like to find him a good home. Anybody that can take care of him, and preferably give him a chance to run, is welcome to have him, for picking him up.
Emery, I am not sure exactly what part of the state John Davis lives in but any help you could furnish him would be appreciated I am sure.He is a coonhunter and knows a little something about scenting hounds and says this beagle can really pound a rabbit.

Thanks for trying to help place the beagle,it might be a good chance for a beginner or someone just needing another hound. It might take John D. a little while to answer his email but he will.
