I would be careful not to over do the cage rabbit and sight chase. You might want to let him find some on his own to chase without the visual. Everyone has an opinion on when a pup is old enough to work but be careful putting to much on a pup to early. There have been a lot of 4 and 5 month old future world beaters on the boards that are sold 4 times before their 2 years old. Just my opinion...... Good Luck
