I applaud you in what you are doing. There is absolutely no reason why folks can not and should not be held to their word and purchases be made off the internet on that word, without trying the merchandice. Products are bought and sold all day, everyday via the internet with very little problems of them NOT being as described in the add. I have bought and sold many items via the internet including dogs, shock collars, trackers, sight unseen and have not to this day been swindled. Saying someone that bought a product without trying it is responsible for their own demise is why crooks continuously get buy with it. I'll be watching to see how this pans out because here's someone just like I am, if you swindle me I'll take you to people's court as I have nothing but time as well. At that point I am out the money anyway so whats some time and a few dollars more in making the culprit pay. By the way the last time I took a swindler to court over a gun deal I got much more in return than if the swindler had just made it right to begin with.

Let me know how it go i took him to court for saling me bad dogson trail could not get him to pay my money back went to court win the court judgment for $1500 but only receive $20 from James Daniels so winning and getting is 2 diff things if anyone know if he is working and were let me know.

I live several hours from him so I dont imagine I will ever see him but I would like to have my chance. I guess I will chalk this one up as a lesson learned. Guys like him are going to make it hard for people to sell anything on the internet. I know I will never send money like that again.

yea boys thats really his name and his real address he got me too wrote me a bad check ....proble my fault but he stole his pore ole dads checks cause i showed up at his house today he didnt have nuthin to say but hide in his house after he realized who i waz lets just say what i had to say must have scared him..it ant over yet the bank has got tons of checks that were bad from him and his owen father said he wasnt going to jail for him....he is a p****y ....and i now he is readying the posts i ant said nuthin behind your back big boy!

huff, You may want to check with your local law enforcement. Here in iowa forging a check and passing it is a FELONY. I'm not sure about your state though but that would be some good jail time for him if it happened here. good luck
