Everyone votes what's best for their personal life as that's probably how one forms their opinions. When a pulrality of the people vote their opinion that is called DEMOCRACY. That is what this country is founded on and why I served in the military, uumm does that have anything to do with patriotic or is that a word reserved for conservatives? That means 51% rules but in this case it wasn't just a majority but rather 62% to 38%. In that I still know that the BIG Corporate America will continue to run the country and those of us in the middle or lower class will only get crumbs that fall out of the bank bags as they skip all the way to it with the blood and sweat stains of their employees all over them.

Lobbiest spread money from the corporate world to the polititians . The Supreme Court made it possible that corporations or Evan foreign governments can spend unlimited amounts on their candidate.

APF you made my point just whos voted in to represent the people politicians or corperations. I am well aware of lobbyist which Obama said he would get out of government, another politician not representing the electorate and being rewarded for it. The corporations aren't the guys making back room deals against the people who elected them. As hogbody said maybe those aweful corporations should cut off the crumbs.

Now that Florida has been able to count their votes it appears that 62% of the voters were pieces of sh*t and 38% were Time for the team to go back to the locker room and put them BIG people pants on. Yes, 2016 is now on it's way and I see Hillary taking it by another landslide. Until the party understands that change has occured to the country and the electorate isn't even close to where white males dominate it anymore they may start WINNING again. The congress now has more minorities than ever before including women. Yep, I live in a red state but I've never been a follower and make up my own mind on the issues most important to my personal life.

I think you about got it about right wardog. maybe they could start by winning their own home state. If you cant even do that and you are the governor you got a problem. Not to mention the VP nominee couldn't carry his home state either. I was open minded until his weasel of a VP nominee was selected. Thanks to him helping tear down the unions in wisconsin i wanted NO PART of him. Not so much that they did that, but more so in how they back doored the system. he's a real . I think ole mitt should have been a little smarter in his selection. If he would have chosen somebody like chris christie he just may have gotten another vote but he didn't and that makes him the big

Christi was smart enough too distance himself from Flip Romney and live another day. I really hope Obama carries out his ideas this this go around and really gets this country on track, despite the republicans trying to tank the economy as much as possible..
