Hunting/Fishing Constitutional right?

Post by GCKYBEAGLER »

Looks like tomorrow Idaho, Nebraska, Kentucky, and Wyoming have it on the Ballot to make Hunting and fishing a constituional right of the people of their respective states. Just wanting to make this known so people can look this up and inform themselves. I just found out about this today.

Seems like an overkill with major unintended consequences....

cool idea but when you say hunting is a constitutional right but driving to work is a privileged your walking on unsolid ground.

Get caught breaking the laws on the books in any of these states. There are serious fines and your right to hunt, fish or trap can be revoked for a set time or life.Same with driveing a car get 3 or 4 DUI's and see how long it takes to get a liscense back.

i think its a good idea personally what it states is hunting and fishing can never be banned without it going to the people for a vote so to me this is just a way of protecting our heritage for generations to come and not let left wing antis decide our future
