Rabbit look at it from my perspective. Within the last 4 years I bought a house and 2 new cars. I keep about 20 beagles, I have a 17 acre enclosure I run them in. I have kept food on my table and my family clothed all while my wife does not have to work. I made more money last year than I ever have before. My 401 flopped and came back bigger. All of my neighbors have jobs. For me things have not been gloom and doom under President Obama. If I were to vote against him it would have to be to preserve my and my kids future. Romney is not showing me that he will make things better for me. I don't know where he really stands. I don't trust him going back and forth on the issues. That's the reality of my situation.

Hopefully woods your good futune will continue. Unfortunately I have a neighbor tell me almost that same story 4 years ago, how bad Bush was and how well he was doing under Clinton. Well when Cinton was president he and his wife drove old model vehicles, lived in a single wide and so on. Under Bush he bought 2 new vehicles, a modular home, a 32' camper, a 30x 30 shop and a16x 16 out building, 2 golf carts, a zero turn mower. you get the picture. So I said vote for Obama and he did, his wife lost her job and the modular home, the shop and the zero turn is all that left he hasn't sold. I figure 4 more years and Obama will put him back where he was at when Clinton was president. You see I am doing fine the contract on my job was just extended 4 more years but what are my kids and grandkids going to do if this debt isn't addressed and truth is none of us have any guarentees. Where are you going to be when the market crashes again because if this debt is not addressed it will. So I say to you vote for Obama that green grass today maybe dead pasture tommorow. By the way anyone who has been in there job for any time should make more year over year.

Just curious, what do you think that Obama did that permitted your good fortune and what is he doing that will ensure that it continues?
The word is that China is in worse economic shape than the USA. If that is so where do we get the money to prop up the bubble. Unless your 401K is invested in Gold or a similar product it is on perilous footing. The surge in the market is based on the FED running the printing presses. We have cheap money because of low interest rates on our borrowed money. Eventually, when interest rates return to their correct level, how do we pay the debt. The dollar will be worthless.

I suspect woods will be unable to point out anything Obama has done to help him!! It appears his perspective is life’s been pretty good the past four yrs. apparently, the lowest job participation rate in history isn’t anything to worry about as long as he has a job! The downgraded U.S. credit rating is nothing to worry about as long as he has a job! The tens of millions who are currently unemployed, underemployed, and who have simply stopped looking for work are of no concern as long as he has a job! A deficit spiraling out of control does not affect him as long as he and his neighbors have a job! It seems the only thing he fears is Romney! Oddly enough, he makes the best possible argument for voting against Obama, "it would be to preserve my and my kids future". Repealing Obamacare would be the first step in preserving both which, I believe is something Romney has clearly stated he will do!

The --REPUBLICAN --Reaction to the good job's Report in Florida -is tell them Republican -governor's to shut up about employment -getting better -Becaue -it will hurt- Romney's - chances--Much like the national- Republican's -when Un-employment went down -this month -They said that The DEMOCRA"S -actually cooked the book's -and lied about the national un-employment Number's-That in it's self show's hw Republica's -think-

THey don't care -that -employment -got better----They-are only -interested --in helping the ELITE--It's -Plain and Simple---

If I thought everything was just peachy I wouldn't ask the question in the first place. I don't have confidence in Romney because he changes with the wind. If you can't see that your head is still buried in the sand. Dont insult my intelligence. So far I haven't insulted yours.

You see??

Its YOUR opinion that Romney "changes with the wind"...yet if WE don't see what YOU see, our heads are STILL buried in the sand...

More shining example of liberal tolerance on display.

Apparently Rufus has another acolyte....
The 1st amendment allows the usual liberal narcissistic "I think.." which is how they start all their sentences.

The second amendment protects us from implementing "I think"

-Mr Wood's
I agree with your post in more than one way-here is What I see-in this election-

First off Every thing is definately Not Peachy--

But - My point is simple -thing's are getting better tan in 2008 -in 2008 they were going down very fast-Not only have -they --stopped slidding into a -Depression-But job's are comming back.

Now -Romney-is not a credable candidate -he will not say where he stand's -and if he say's any thing he changes his mind-on every
subject.

I didn't insult your intelligence, I asked a question?
The only jobs Obama has created is in the Government sector. Those were created to harass small business. Hence no private sector jobs are being created.

I'm not a big Romney supporter but if you know his record you know he has had more success in private business than Obama.
He has not surrounded himself with a bunch of leftists who hate free market capitalism.

Newt
Bud -if you look you will find -over 30 month's of private sector job growth--And in fact--The administration--has actually cut Government- job's .

Now --Job's are not Growing nearly fast enough -that is a fact -But -to grow one is better than to loose one -Just My Opinion.

I don't know how to post a link but this is why I don't trust Romney. It's what the republican party had to say about him.
