Adam Seger in southern indiana owns him, Hilltop Kennels, i dont believe he is open to public stud anymore though!

He is not offered to Public Stud anymore. However you can google hilltop kennel and see his website.

You can contact Adam at the link below, I just spoke to him yesterday.
Shooter is about 11 years old now, and hasn't been up for stud for sometime.
