What kind of dog was Dixie? Is she still alive? Who owned her? Anyone know what her ARHA name was? Thanks in advance.

I owned Dixie . She was one of the best dogs that I ever owned, if not the best. She just died Saturday morning. She hunted good and ran a real good line and was a pleasure to gun hunt. She was a champion dog . Greenwell-Stivers TNT Dixie was her AKC name.Do you have a pup out of Dixie?

Sorry for your loss.

I have a gyp out of Greenbay Shooter and Dixie that is 3 years old. She is a rabbit machine. 7-8 on speed, tight on the line. Honest, almost tight, mouth. She just had her first litter in May and I heard from a guy last week who had bought one and he said that that pup had already started in the wild. I consider myself very fortunate to have had the opportunity to own Pepper. What was Dixie's ARHA name? I'm trying to get Pepper's paperwork worked out for NKC and they don't recognize the only name I have for her (Dixie's AKC name).
