TRI TRONICS PROBLEMS

Post by blackrockbeagles »

I have a problem with my classic 70 g3. The light on top that shows when it is fully charged is staying red all of the time, and it wont work my collars. Anybody else ever had this problem and, if so what did you do to fix it?

Thanks i'll try it. What worries me is that it happened while it was charging.

Had the same thing happen to me All i did was let the battery go dead and then recharge it. It's been working fine since, that was 6 months ago. It may take 3 or 4 days to run the battery down

i went thru this got a new batt same thing, batt was too low.
i argued with the lady the second time i called. but in the end she was right.
i almost called her back to tell her she was right and i was not. but i shamefully did not.
i will have to pay for that one later.

anyway i had to charge it 2 hours take it off for like 3 min. put it back on for 2 more hours over and over for 5 times
then let it charge 24 hours it gets a peak charge that way. its a pain in the butt but it worked.

good luck.

Had it happen about three months ago. So I called TT they said to take the battery off and put it back on 30 seconds later and it will be fine. I took it off for about 30 minutes put it back on and it worked. Havent had no problems with it since.
