Christ, MVK, Norshore: Funny, real funny. Dog trades at the level most people make them are not meant to be contracted and held to the letter of the law.

I see U ALL laughing like this isn't serious and I must say some of you are halarious too BUT I bet McDonalds wasn't laughing when the DUMBA** gal spilled her hot coffee over her own lap and skipped all the way to the bank with McDonald's money. FUNNY, how she spilled it herself but yet McDonalds was liable. Go ahead boys laugh and have a good time but I hope I don't read about how you got it crammed up your back side when you weren't prepared for live action in "the people's court!" I'm done with this post as maybe some have gotten some good from it when it comes to liability for the little things we buy and sell just as there are for the BIG things. I always say I never pay much attention to the green backs I've got in my wallet as they have a tendency to take care of themselves BUT what I do watch is that loose small change that seems to go without a trace. The huge big things are obvious but those small little things is what bust us in the back side. ever hear of the saying of "it's all in the details?" If you get packed and enjoy it so be it I'm just not one to take that back door stuff lightly and say awwwww just my bad, I should have never bent over. ;)

Like I said before I like a good hypothetical senerio. I was just giving my thoughts on how I would conduct the transaction. As far as this backside whatever you are referring to let me assure you that lawsuits are not always the answer. Like you said about the lady that spilled the coffee on her and sued. She may be laughing all the way to the bank but do you not think her credibility is not questioned by everyone that deals with her. Would you sell her a cup of coffee? I would bet even if you did you would be worried to death wondering if she spills it! Bottom line the person with the most information will always win so study everything you can before jumping into something. This is just my thoughts. Besides that 18 beer thing was funny as hell and you know it!!! ;) ;) ;)

if a person will tell one lie they will tell a million. hold the liar to the fire. i would not sue but would let everyone else know they were a liar.
