Buck, this is not hard, I said Democrats are the party of Abortion, Gun Control, illegal aliens, and Gay marriage , is it your opinion that I am full of crap and it is the Republicans that are for these things. I don't need a bunch of crap just a yes or a no , you think you may be able to do that. I want you to think hard about the names, Schumer, Kerry, Boxer, Reid, Feinstien before you stick your foot in your mouth. Buck, I also want to say something that I truly mean to be helpful to you. Stop trying to use " big" or uncommon words to make yourself appear to be intelligent. I am well versed in the language and when I hear or see someone inject such words into normal conversation, I understand I am seeing someone who is trying hard to appear intelligent. I have read your posts for quite sometime and believe me you do not have to do that, It is apparent that you are intelligent. ( though misguided) You are only embarrassing yourself. I am going to inject a big word now for your benefit, Ever hear of speaking in the vernacular, it makes you appear so much smarter.
Likeemfast, I recognized what you said as a joke right off, And somehow I did not get the impression that you were a racist, or that you wanted to poision the well at the orphanage or anything!

GW:

Tut, tut. Jealousy. Come now, doesn't become you. Another very personal attack. You want to control the way I speak (must be a republican thing)? Sorry, this is the only way I know to converse. I am not a flagitious person nor a cunctator, but I have been called flaneur before (from the ancient Greek). I truly enjoy an exchange of ideas as long as ignorance doesn't get confused with the illusion of knowledge. Vernacular - the language spoken by ordinary people in a specific area. Not from your area.:D :D

Just a joke boys. Don't take life so serious. Now, lets just keep this side bet going. My pockets are full.

Sorry GW, I forgot to answer the question..."Buck, this is not hard, I said Democrats are the party of Abortion, Gun Control, illegal aliens, and Gay marriage , is it your opinion that I am full of crap and it is the Republicans that are for these things. I don't need a bunch of crap just a yes or a no , you think you may be able to do that...."

My answer to question A. No, you are not full of crap. B. No, I don't label the republican party for these things. You did not ask this question but it is implied so my answer to C. Is No. Democrats are not the party of abortion, gun control, etc.

Buck, Just trying to help. Those of us paying attention are not so dazzled by your display of pontificating that we did not notice you did not answer the question. I am sure you wow them at all of the local functions, but answer the question please. Thank you.

Don't choose to play that game!!

I will say that I enjoy the verbosity. I also will say, I generally agree with most of what you say about dogs. Golly, must be a democrat thing. ie: trying to do what is best to move things along.

Buck, I can understand why someone may have referred to you as flaneur, but at the risk of being wrong, ( I take such a risk every now and then ) I believe the word is French, not Greek.

Jwagner-- I have a sence of humor, but your joke is in poor taste . Have a little respect for the office and the man .
Not my joke go back a little further. I was just quoting what likeemfast said. I too have a sense of humor and agree the joke was told in poor taste.

GW ........ Thank you, i appreciate that

Buck ....... I meant "your thread" in the sense you posted on the thread and made the comment it was ruined, not the fact you started it. Have to go now, the Muppets are on and a bunch of white, black and hispanic people are on it walking down Sesame Street and my Hispanic wife and children want me to watch it instead of trying to talk sense into you, and i couldnt agree more. Buenas noches Buck.

GW, Rabbithoundjb, Likemfast: This type of thing seems to be important to you. It isn't to me. Gets boring real fast. Therefore, you win, I lose, belly up. Live long and prosper.

I think this all started with a simple request to move your political beliefs to the correct area. Not an unreasonable request. I'm not interested in your political veiws, and sure don't think we can solve them on a board with a bunch of rabbit hunters. Dems and Reps have been arguing for many years, an average man like myself does not see the need to impose your veiws on this fourm. :???: :???: :???:

Buck, I can tell this type of thing is not important to you and you get bored fast, but I noticed you made more posts than Rabbithound, Likeemfast, or me about the political aspect of this thing. This post here makes us even so I guess I am bored also. Buck, I mean no ill will toward you but my wife reads these posts and I occasionally tease her about being a registered Democrat when she was 18 she registered as a Democrat. ( but she votes Republican) She reads these posts and I thought I would say something on here about her recent switch to being a registered Republican for her to look at, and how it might help her get her stories straight ( she is not the best at that, but she normally says she has the story straight it is just that I am not paying attention) that is when you jumped in with the comment that you did not care for my politics, which is fine , but I will defend my point of view when asked to do so, you were asking. Now I am done as well.

GW: I am sure you are somebody I would like. I would be glad to discuss these things and get to know you. PM me. Anyone who counts the number of posts to a thread is meticulous and admirable. Sorry about the word choices, it is just how I talk. See you on the flip side.

By the way, your wife sounds like mine. I call her "she who must be obeyed". When she is wrong it is because I wasn't listening. We agree to disagree about just about everything and I wouldn't have it any other way.
