I think they took him off public stud... I have a pup out of him that I really like alot. All im hearing is great stuff about his offspring... I mean they had to get it from somewhere I mean he is 10 years old and not long ago won the big 5 hunt in LP. If you want to know everything about ole junie talk to Mr. Abshire himself, he goes by Maple Valley Kennels on this forum, he raised Junie or you can talk to Chris Wells and he goes by stavemillbeagles on this forum.

Junie was a true FC. Ton of hunt, foot & control with a great mouth. Nice conformation & looks to go with an impressive pedigree. Lot of greats in his pedigree: Sock It To Me, White Blizzard, Northway Spur, Camp Creek Gertrude, Jigs, etc...

Hey KK if you get the Rabbit Hunter look on the cover! It has June with Chris and Cooper when he won the North American. As far as what he's throwing me personally I love it. We bred a bitch out of several different lines to him and they won't be 4 til July. So far there is 1 grand rabbit champion(Who will be inducted in the Little Pack HOF next year). 5 rabbit champs the other only lacks a win (23 field wins between them little pack) 3 grand bench champs 2 bench champs (3 big 5 BOS in a row) and out of 7 pups. They hunt hard, fast, come out of the check with power, 15 inch dogs, In this litter there were 3 tri's 4 blue ticks. I don't know if you will go to the world hunt next week but if you do look me up we will have a few out of him up there.

KK we seeing several red pups from Junie we just had a litter out of my red & white female and there we 2 red/whites, 1 bluetick, 4 tri-colors. On average, there has been a couple of red/white pups out of any color/marked female we have bred him to. He is a great hound-brains, mouth, speed and sure knows how to put it on a rabbit. Heck he does it all right down to retreiving the rabbbit and bringing it back to ya. He hammered it tonight.
