Mule front load Orange vest
Wondering if any one sells the mule front load vest. A friend of mine is using one now and it works well for him. I have only got access to the cheepy vests but love the game pouch built in. It really saves time keeping the hare with you instead of decorating the trees only to pick them when the day is over. I have looked at the Dan's vests but they have to much brown for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Mule front load Orange vest
I've had a vest from Cabela's since 2004. I wear it every time I'm hunting & I used to wear it just running in the off season because it makes carrying everything so easy. I'm on my 8th gun season & it has no damage from briars or wear & tear. The only visible sign of age is the orange on the shoulders is a little faded on top from sun & I would think carrying a gun with a sling. Mine is a little different than this one being that it is 7 going on 8 years old but it is the same vest, this is just a newer model. Overall looks the same. It's a little expensive at first but I can see this vest lasting another 7 or 8 years if not longer. $100 bucks may seem high but how many $20 vest will a person go through in 8 years let alone 15 years. Thanks for the replies, I was hoping to spend my money with one of the kennel guys. Chip has been great to deal with but the vest he is selling by Dan's has to much brown, here we have mandatory Orange for all our gun seasons so the vest has to be as close to completely orange as I can get it. I guess I will have to go to the source.

Elmer, you can get Dan's with ORANGE........I have had some of their brown products done in Orange instead. Ask Chip about it.Elmer Fudd wrote:Thanks for the replies, I was hoping to spend my money with one of the kennel guys.
