A general forum for the discussion of hunting with beagles, guns, clothing and other equipment and just talking dawgs! (Tall tales on hunting allowed, but remember, first liar doesn't stand a chance)
had a good day of hunting with my boys, wehad some really good running. we jumped about 12 rabbits and killed 8 every one was circled but we could not kill some of them, seed for next year. nate got 3, zach got 3 and i got 2. these boys positioned themselves with out any help from me, they are turning into fine hunters.one of my pups blaze jumped 3 today i was so proud of her. natei always knew santa was a rabbit hunter and a wildcat fan to boot.zachpacker teaching delta to retrieve.
Nice. looks like you got a coulpe fine young men coming up there.
and it looks like you have some good stock for them to work with
down the road they wont have to worry about finding dogs for years.
dad will have them set up.
very good post.
lebro, excellent pictures, love to see young boys following in your footsteps, and also love those rabbit retrievers!!

I've been trying to get my brother to bring his two boys over to hunt. Don't see many kids hunting these days, good work man! I say less less Nintendo more remington!
my oldest son [21] is hooked on video games and i hate it. the two youngest dont have a nintendo every now and then they play their older brothers outdated games, but not often. what a lesson that was i learned. sometime i take it for granted but most of the time i feel blessed to have these two that i can not sneak off from.including nephews i have started six kids rabbit hunting but these two are the most dedicated and best hunters out of the bunch.thanks for the comments and more pics will follow, i just figured the pics out.
