Just got off the phone with Mrs. Hoog and the update is that surgery went well, doctors informed that Don also has a Large heart no inlarged but large HEART as we all know that to be true anyways im glad a doctor could verify that with some of our thoughts, he is now in ICU "intensive care unit" with a 24hr nurse by his side and Mrs. Hoog wanted to make sure that i made it known that it is a MALE nurse , Don will not be allowed visitors or calls for a few days so Mrs. Hoog and doctors please ask that you hold off on calls and visiting for a few days so that he can get his rest! He is on a ventilator as of right now and in some pain and as soon as he is feeling back to his normal self he will be making some phone calls and probably on here to give us a update!! Mrs. Hoog also wanted to thank everyone for their prayers and thoughts! Also if we could also pray for the MRS as she has been very stressed out and didnt get alot of sleep so prayers and thoughts for her would also be appreciated!! Thanks guys and gals for all your support for Don and family!!
p.s. Mrs. Hoog also told me that he wasnt worried about anything but his HOUNDS "I guess when its in your blood its in your blood"

Just talked with Mrs. Hoog and Don is up and moving around, did a little walking today "cant nothing hold him down"
Doctors said all is good and looks well he is being as stubborn as ever and wont let anyone help him do anything seems that they are going to move him rooms out of ICU hopefully sometime tomorrow so that is good news! Wanted to thank everyone for their prayers and thoughts during this time for Hoog and family!!
