Dogs left to right are No Luck Wes's Trigger, No luck red falcon of crowtown, Gridiron Double Trouble, TFK Coalminer's Shortfuse, Crowtown Running Roscoe, and PCH GRCH Diamond Blaze. 2 woodock, 2 pheasants, and 2 rabbits. Total 6 rabbits ran 2 missed, 3 pheasants flushed 1 missed, and 4 woodock flushed 2 missed! Awesome Running almost non-stop, and plenty of bonus game lol !! Good way to spend the day with some good friends!!

i like the mixed bag. are there wild pheasants in ohio?

Yes and No lol. There are small populations of them in the right place, Dillon Public hunting, and Deer Creek Public hunting, but they are due to limited re-introduction sucess, the place these were shot is near a bird dog club on public ground in a different area, they just started releasing birds. Most don't surive the 1st winter, but they are getting a foot hold on dillon public ground slowly but surely there is a growing wild population. We can jump them year round there just above zanesville ohio, but they are released times a year in October, November, December most are killed off by hunters, predators, or winter. The ones in this picture I'm pretty sure were pen raised released this year. Different area from the previously mentioned 2 areas.

hahaha whoa whoa wait a minute hold the press here......who lit out across a cornfield like a streak of lightning after boo jumped a pheasant on the edge of a cornfield last year ???? then did'nt even save me any smoked pheasant ???? haha!! You need to bring the shortman back so I can finish him to hbch since Turner did'nt finish the job!

Boo was already beyond help. LOL that dog is never gonna learn! lol. Shorty on the other hand doesnt need drug over to the dark side by my friends!! You can have him in the spring after I get a gun season on him. He is doing well and I expect you wont have any problem finishing him come spring. Thanks again for one of the best little beagles coal has ever thrown!!!!
