Being barred for speaking the truth
Here we go fellows I know that some of you will not agree with me this is fine that is why we live in such a great country but when it comes to speaking up and pointing out hard facts well lets just say that some people have problems dealing with it. I have always been a man to say what i think and want i know good bad or ugly but i always thought this was my right as a american as long as it was not slanderest. Being that the truth can never be slanderest i am still not sure why i was barred. Its sort of like a movie he knows to much so lets get rid of him. I have spent all my life trying to avoid being around people who talk out of the side of there mouths. I am sort of glad that this happened and i thank all the people who has called and supported me you r all great friends and i thank you for that. But be warned if you talk to loud this can also happen to you. People have called and said i cannot believe you have been barred just because you r willing to speak what everyone else thinks. Thats just me. Not only have they barred me they cost all of you a state hunt days off of work motel fees and guess what they do not care. If you think they do call joyce and see if they will refund your money. I bet not!!!!!! Also lost 70 thousand acres of prime rabbit ground and if i may toot my owe horn a man and a membership that worked there tail off for this organization. When has a dog trailer every been given to a judge When has a 500.00 bill ever been given to a judge oh thats right southeastern ohio beagle club did this never to be done again WOW They gave up alot it the only people its going to affect in a negative way is you guy and ladies you travel the roads to run your dogs. This is pure selfishness in my eyes how about yours. So long for now my friends its not the end of the world just remember when you take your hard earned money out of your pockets these r the people who benifits from it. No one who i would break bread with but thats just me.
Re: Being barred for speaking the truth
What were you barred from? Who barred you? What truth did you speak? Not sure what is going on here but more info would help.
Re: Being barred for speaking the truth
I agree, if you are going to put it out there lets hear the details of it, JMO.
Re: Being barred for speaking the truth
What are you talking about? Why post this if no one knows what it is about? If you are the "truth sayer" then say it man.
Re: Being barred for speaking the truth

Sounds like a ARHA soap opera once again. They tend to start new episodes from time to time.

Well in all honesty the reruns were getting old.

Re: Being barred for speaking the truth
I can not belive that Frank Miller was barred from the ARHA. From my understanding all Frank did was give his opinion on a website that has nothing to do with ARHA. Is this still america ? If he would have done something at a ARHA beagle trail that would have been misconduct then i could understand. Every time that i have ran against him at a trail or he judged my dog i have not one bad thing to say. Besides when i got my @$$ kicked from those Fox Creek Hounds. I thought about Frank getting barred all day and it just doesnt seem right. Frank you have my support all the way on this. I just dont think that i can give my entry fees to ARHA any more.
P.S
give me a call sometime and we will run dogs you bring the beer and i will bring the lies

Re: Being barred for speaking the truth
Im not standing up for Frank because I dont know the whole story but he wouldnt be the first person to be barred by the all mighty ARHA for making posts on this board that pissed someone with some kind of power(or someone who thinks they have power) in the ARHA. Im betting they told Frank that he was barred for so many years but if he got on the boards and made a big stink about it he would be barred longer. Seems that I remember them doing that little trick before!
Come on Frankie if your going to stir the pot lets here the whole story.......The truth and nothing but the truth!
If it gets really good I will rename this thread "AS THE WORLD TURNS IN THE ARHA"!

Re: Being barred for speaking the truth
I called Joyce at NKC and expressed my feelings on this matter and Del Morgan called me back.I do not think the timing of this was very professional! Frank is the president of SEOBC club and they were to hold the Ohio State hunt this weekend.Frank was barred from the organization a few days before the hunt. The NKC figured they could replace Frank with another master of hounds and the other members would run the hunt.Well the other members wouldnt run the hunt without Frank and therefore the NKC is saying that Frank cancelled the hunt.In my opinion the NKC made a decision without thinking it through and therefore the hunt didnt go because of a poor decision on their behalf! I am a nobody but I spend alot of $ attending and traveling to ARHA hunts.I feel they didnt think about their members at all when making this decision! Alot of people had work scheduled off for this hunt, hotels reserved, and time preparing for the hunt.I made my feelings known to Joyce and Del at NKC and therefore I will make it public how I feel. This has left a bad impression on me on how they feel! There are alot more problems in this organization that need cleaned up first before we try to muzzle a members feelings.Maybe a meeting should have been called on this matter before it turned into this but it didnt happen! I dont feel Frank violated any NKC rules because he wasnt posting his feelings on a NKC owned website.Frank has always put forth great effort to help this organization! I will have a hard time spending any more $ on NKC registrations or hunts!I have 2 pups I was going to register this week and have changed my mind! They will have AKC papers only until I try something else! I have met some great people in this organization and hope to see them at some AKC hunts! Thanks for your time!

Re: Being barred for speaking the truth
I told the NKC my feelings on the phone before I made these comments and Del thanked me for calling. If you have something on your mind you need to let them know!I most likely will be going to Jackson Oh this weekend for an AKC trial!
Re: Being barred for speaking the truth
people you are hearing the truth. Frank Miller got barred for, no more than the simple post he put on here. if you want to read them, goto Grand Nationals, on this page. I'm sure there is also others from the past. like someone said "this is america" i still thought we have the right to freedom of speech, i guess not in the arha. i agree with chuck this was handled very unprofessional. did they really think the o state would go on without him? frank is seobc. you take ohio and pa judges away from these big 5s and the world hunt. lets see how fast you get them done then. we as members of the arha have been punished over this, to loose a great club and a great houndsman.
