dog food

today i went to the feed store and paid $23.80 for a black bag of sports mix. is there anything cheaper?what do you all pay for food?

I am trying a new feed called River Bend, its 24/20 and $17.80 a 50 lb bag. I got it at Jeffries Feed in Campbellsville. They also have it in 26\18 for $18.20 I believe.

I also feed sports mix 26/18 and i pay 18 dollars for it no matter what the price gets i will not feed anything but sports mix to my dogs if you go looking for something cheeper i think it will hurt you in the long run feed what you feel is right for your dogs .

I most usally dont do any switchin on dog feed but there are several trying a feed called american houndsman i read the ingred and is real close to prium adult diamond and i mooched a 2 gal bucket full to see how well they eat it but here is the good part you buy 2 bags or more it is 15.00 a 50 lb bag one guy has been feeding it for 2 months and his dogs look good dont knw how the availabilty is going to be its made by cargill in the ark mill
