Good luck with the chat room. Click on pups at the top of the page and it will take you to the home page. Scroll down the left side and you will find chat room. It only allows so many in at a time. I never got in last night. Somebody ought to copy the conversation and post it. Must be real interesting.

I talked to Mr President and he has added a few more seats for tonite, its worth the price of admission.
Some people even spilled their guts last nite, hopefully Mr president cleaned the floor, peanuts were everywhere.

I am the other guy that received the 3 year ban. Randy and I worked very hard as officers at WIBC to run an honest club. As a judge I've never played the pay back game and neither has Randy.We also were both members at CIBC and spoke out when folks started complaining about what was going on. Randy is a lot more vocal than I and quicker to speak out. But what he has posted is exactly what happened. The membership at CIBC just wanted to make a couple small changes for the integrity of the club, and it has turned into this big mess that has damaged the reputation of several people and the organization.
I was once given the good advice that you should always put the integrity of the club and organization ahead of personal gain. I've tried very hard to follow that advise. Unfortunately there are people who put personal gain as goal number #1.
Too many folks just want to sit back and complain ,instead of doing what is right. This is just not a problem at the dog trials but all across this country. If you don't speak up and make a stand for what you believe in then somebody else will make those decisions for you. Then you can sit back and complain some more.!!!

After reading Lynn Perkins post ,going back and viewing the A.R.H.A. PP post that is about to drop to page 13, plus hearing them accuse Dale of being the poster Too Scared to Say, and seeing the outcome of the meeting it is obvious why they wanted to talk to Mr Brown. Randy do you mind me asking what the changes were that was mentioned to increase club integrity?

Hunter, I didnt know if you meant me or Dale but I will respond. If you are speaking of the small changes that were requested for CIBC, as far as I know from talks with the President and VP, the membership was asking for:

1. Rotating MOH between club members or other available officers.

2. Replacing the old name on a paper out of a hat "rolling" machine........with a sophisticated $20 bingo roller. This would have prevented people from "thinking" a MOH is holding a paper to the side in an act to "mark judges", or mark it so you know not to draw it out..........things of that nature.

And I wanted to stop paying the club secretary after this year. I am ashamed of myself for supporting him wanting to pay himself at last years meeting. I have since found no clubs that pay a secretary at the club level!

That doesn't seem unfair. Why would a club SECRETARY want to stop these changes? I don't believe he needs the money, so that cant be it. So, two things remain in my mind. Either he wouldn't want to rotate MOH due to an ego problem or he wouldn't want the "sophisticated" rolling
machine because it would change something he was doing. This falls into the category of things that make you go

Has anyone bothered to call and find out the truth? There is always 2 sides to every story and sometimes you have to wonder about the dog that barks first and loudest, can he / she produce what he / she is barking about??????? Food for thought.

When I see a "guest" log-in with no name I usually won't even read what they have to say, unless I have seen they signed their name at the bottom of what they posted.
