I know a lot of you new or had seen on here about my Daughter Paige Nicole Badger and that she had past on 11-7-2010 20 days from her birthday she was going to be 17 years old,she past at Riley Hospital Lord be with are family,Me and my wife took are taxes to HR Block and had them done ,got a call from them the next day said that IRS had refused us and said some one else had turn her in on there Taxes unreal took her off filed me and my wifes got half back filed a amendment with HR Block and showed them her ssc and death cerificate and that we had been with her at Riley back and forth for 6 month before her passing,turned it over to the State Police detective out of Putnamville real nice lady she went to bat for Paige but the IRS said that off record even if we went to the supreme court that the Judge would still throw it out that they will never tell us who did it unless Riley security Mr Scott can find out who looked at her files and tell us and turn it in to the stae police,I called the IRS and the man said that who ever did it would be taken care of but they have rights and they could not tell me I told them just like Paige had her rights COLD MAN ,they had to have her birthdate ,name and SSN if any one can help me find out what or who no names will be said Thanks

im sorry to here all of this and my sympathy goes out to you and your family for your loss. Good luck with finding out who would do such a thing and hopefully they get what they deserve and much more.

Steve, sorry for your loss and what has happened to your family. i would be taking this to as many of my Congress Men and Women, my State Senators, until some actions where taken. Don't give up, just keep after them.

I will start by saying I am sorry for your loss. I can't even imagine what it is like. Nothing can even compare in my opinion. Sorry but you will probably never find out who the piece of crap is that done this. I don't know what to tell you, wish I could. I hate to see people go through this. I myself have been through a difficult situation lately. Just a divorce nothing like what you are dealing with. But it was drug related which is probably what is the root cause of your problem. Not on your end but the common F!ck on the other end. As you can probably tell this is deep in my soul. I wish you the best of luck. Wish I could help. If anybody can help him please respond. Sorry.

+1 You need to call the tv people here in michigan the same thing was going on at eastern collage . The tv people found out it was a person that worked at the school.

Thats what Paige wrote to me 2 months before she died she wrote don t get up set daddy GODS going to make it up to us I promise,I think it had to be where she past at

Stupid HR Block should have told you ... When you file your taxes electronically the IRS verifies the SSN was not used before accepting them. Thats all they verify ... Was the SSN claimed yet... Thats why HR block got rejected. I got that straight from an IRS agent.

Therefore, you should have filed your taxes by paper. Hopefully the IRS would audit you. You can then prove she was your daughter. They will go after the other person then.

If the IRS does not see the double SSN claim at least you will get to claim her as well ...

Low life scum bag ... or someone made a typo entering the tax form ... Also, I'd be pi**ed at HR block's "Tax Expert"...you got screwed by them too..

Truly sorry for your loss. This year our taxes were kicked back saying someone used our daughters social, and like you I was ver the top and wanting to see heads rolling, after two months after being told that someone used her number we finally got a honest answer, it was not that someone used her number but rather a irs agent or tax firm mis spelled someone elses and it matched our daughter, turned out human error, never the less a big old hassle.

WhenI filed I got a call the next day that her number had been used already so HR Block filed a Amendment showing that she was are girl and not the low life we got are money and they know who did it just will not tell us they did say that it was not a type o but that was all they would give out but that the person would be punished ,I would like to do it my self ,I am calling Riley Friday and see if they have caught some one there that had done it then the state police will take over
