As soon as rules are made there is a group of guys thinking up ways to get around them and cheat....everybody could agree to allow dogs up to 17" today and you'd have some clown trying to sneak a 17.5" dog into the game....rules evolve and guys keep figuring out ways to get around em'

the way i see it, it's all in who you are. if you can run a big hound or not. if you are a big handler, and rub elbows with all the guys at the hunts than you can run a big dog. if you are not they will not let ya. it is easy to see in the better beagle the dog will be laying down on the stand and still be 15 inch :D i take a big hound and guys say they are going to sattel him up and take him to the horse races :D

jimmy an buddy send me a hound out of your best crosses and i will raise them than line um up than tell ya all about the best one

MR JUDE do you really think that everyone that registers dogs AKC have dogs that r 100 percent beagle. That someone hasnt put a dead dogs AKC papers on a grade dog that has rat terrier or something else in its blood? As long as markings or not on the papers what can you check? Like one said people will always find ways to get around the rules. Did you ever wonder where the bottle nose beagles got started? Just sayin Maybe Jack Russel. What am i doin this isnt any of my business lol.

AMEN JOSH , U SAID IT MONEY RACKET, I'M SURE THEY WILL ADD SOME KIND OF FEE AND ANOTHER PIECE OF PAPER TO PACK AROUND , SOME BODY IS MAKING A KILLING.
WHAT ABOUT THE ARHA FULL LITTER REGISTRATION, U CAN BYPASS THE BREED INSPECTOR AND FULL REGISTER THE WHOLE LITTER? DONT WE BREED FOR FULL 15 HOUNDS? DO WE EXPECT THAT WHEN WE BREED TWO 15IN DOGS THAT NONE OF THEM WILL GO OVER? U HAVE TO HAVE A LIMIT ON SIZE AND 15 IS THE RIGHT SIZE BUT WHEN WE BREED OUR ARE TRUE 15 IN DOGS, SOME WILL GO OVER , AINT THAT A SHAME . I DONT HAVE AN OVERSIZE DOG RIGHT NOW, BUT IF THE RIGHT ONE COMES INTO MY possession, MORE THAN LIKELY IT WILL BE RAN. I HAVE BROKE RULES ALL MY LIFE OF SOME SORT, AND U HAVE TOO, I DRIVE TOO FASST ALL THE TIME, EVEN IF
ITS 1 MPH OVER,I DO IT AND SO DOES EVERYONE ELSE. JUST SOMETHING WE ARE GOING TO HAVE TO LIVE WITH JUST ANOTHER WAY TO BEAT THEM OR GET BEAT, THERE IS NO SOLUTION, IM SURE ITS JUST A MONEY RACKET THAT WILL SATISFY SOME PEOPLE BUT WILL NEVER SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

not the size of the dog in the fight but the size of the fight in the dog . crooked legs , short ears, bad bite be damned. the size of the fight in the owner however might come in to play an azz whoopin by either one is still an azz whoopin :!: :!:

Good point mike , but this still solves nothing and further confirms its a money racket. A breed inspector measures and approves the registration on your dog, the same breed inspector will offically measure your dog and u will pay for some kind of quick entry card( that proves nothing more than your registration stated before the entry card) Its just double the money and can still measure at the casting. money racket!!! solves nothing and im sure the club will recieve no income on this extra fee.

You can bet none of the money will go to the club. We have to BUY Registration forms, then dont get a Dime back ????? That form should be free if any are.

Breed inspector or not. Money racket or not . People know their dogs are too big when they enter them. Being able to cheat the system is nothing to brag about.Playing by the rules is. If you have to cheat to win then you haven't won at all.

Thats using FALSE LOGIC... There is a difference in speeding and purposely screwing over someone or out right being deceitful. How could you feel good about yourself at night if you knowingly put an oversize dog in and it won? its no different than shooting your dog with roids or stepping on a dogs foot in the field. I wouldn't be able to sleep if I knew i purposely let a disqualified animal compete...
