My Best Beagle Experience Ever!

Post by KesslerBeagles »

I just thought I would shout a positive testemony out here. I went for a long time looking at different dogs and bought a few of them along the way. I was referred by 4 different people about a guy. I was told by one person that I wouldn't be pleased with "his" style of dogs because they would be too slow and because they were not tested in the field trials. So... I waited and eventually bought and went thru 3 more dogs that didn't suit me. I finally went to the guy that the other 4 guys told me too last summer. I finally got a pup from him.

This post might seem odd to some but I just want to do it.

The pup is not a year old:

1 he hunts hard
2 he jumps his own rabbit
3 he circles his own rabbit
4 his speed is a 7.5 - just right
5 he packs great and does his share and disrupts nothing in a pack
6 he brings the shot rabbit back to me, incredibly smart

I love this dog, and I would gladly pay triple the price to get another all around balanced dog that is so near perfect in my eyes.

I want to thank, Mike Oszust {Alamo Creek Kennel} for letting one of his pups come my way. I swear he will spend his whole life in my backyard.

PS- Thanks to those 4 guys that led me to him, I shoud have listened the first time. Brian

Sounds like you put in some time, congrats on finding him. It sure makes it all worth it when you find the right one. :D
