lmao.........mine does the same exact thing. I can have the puppy food bag open sitting on the shelf. she goes nuts sniffing around trying to find the food. She seems pretty smart so far. Very friendly and bold little puppy and pretty quiet overall.

Couldnt figure out how to work Shooter into the name but I think this name fits Joey and also works in one side of the pedigree.........
TrackEmDown PrimeTime for a BedJump (You could call her Time, Jump or Jumper)
Outstanding joey! You are gonna see a gear you probably haven't wittnessed before. and, unlike alot of other fast dogs, she should do it right without alot of overrun. High gear with good breaks!

This was her this past November. Her 1st hunting trip:
Shooter's put alot of good hounds on the ground. I'm seriously considering breeding Annie to Shooter's son Butkus. I can't see you being anything but happy with that new pup. Good luck her!
Just got your pups papers in the mail. PM me you address and I will send them to you right away. Hope you talking me out of her don't bite me in the butt. Lol. Guess it wouldn't be the first time.

Good luck with her Joey. I've heard nothing but good things about Shooter & have judged a lot of great Ranger Dan bred dogs. Star usually throws dogs with a lot of hunt, fast foot with great line control & patience for fast hounds. Valentine has been my favorite so far, but Dove is Marvin's favorite I believe. Dove is impressive, but she's the only one by Star that we have that has days when she's over competitive. I've been soloing her & she really puts on a show by herself. I think she'll calm down with age. From what I've heard about Shooter, these pups could have a good balance of line control & competitive spirit, but only time will tell. From the looks of some of your hunting pictures, it won't take her long to figure out what a rabbit is. We kept the only other female & she is huge; looks like Marv & I might get that big female we were hoping for by Shooter. Keep me posted, Greg Wells

I have seen Butkus run a number of times .He is very impressive hound ,and at his young age he has already produced some winners.
