What makes it so much better? Why is this model better than something like the trashbreaker?

1. Well price was a deciding factor...its about 150-200 cheaper from dealer quotes..
2. the g3 doesn't have vibrate right??
3. i like li ion battery better than nimh.
4. The collar itself has 3 levels not to mention the ones on the transmitter (not that you would need it)
5. sport dog customer service is great...

oh and mine was free lol-----

Not to mention:

-Both my collars and remote gets a full charge in under 2 hours
-it has a 2 mile range
-the remote is small and handy...has a belt clip or lanyard
-tone/vib to all six dogs
-21 stimulation levels
- each collar comes with its OWN charging dock, so all collars and remotes can be charged at the same time.

just to name a few... lol

Sounding better and better. My only complaint about our Sport Dog 2500 is you lose the tone. We were planning on switching to the trashbreaker this summer. Now I'm not so sure. Any Tritronics lovers out there want to speak up?

you might see if sport dog will let you trade your 2500 in. My collar went bad on my 1800 and they let me trade it in. I got 5 collars and a transmitter very cheap.
