Gooooooood Runnin!!!

Let me say after a complete rabbit season of running on crusty snow, and ice and just over all crappy conditions the dogs r hammering right now, and rabbits are breeding the running is goooood, and I'm having a blast !!!! I hear that missouri is having good running right now as well how bout the rest of the country ?

last saturday of rabbit season , we had awesome running. i agre with you the weather this year sucked. as i get older i like cold less. dont like it real hot either .. man i;m getting picky lol.

yea oh we had an hr and half race ,we didnt all season ,,an hr race , had a couple of those but not as non stop. and a 45 minute race which covered alot of ground ,they were pounding that rabbit . awesome. not alot of lp check there.

since chief and spirit both i died i had to get these young dogs going . they are loooking up now. !

I remember chief on those swampers in GA he was an awesome dog buddy! Old lucky is a couch potato now blind in one eye, and ringer died a few days ago. Lol i'm in the same boat working some young dogs, and they are coming along ! haha I can't pick the weather so i try not to complain too much, just enjoying it while it's good. I solod a dog for 3 hours today he ran one rabbit (i'm pretty sure it was just one) for over an hour. ran him 4 hours last night with another dog, and they ran another one clear across a 15 fifteen acre lot and back 4 times, with 2 or 3 smaller circles as well, it was well over an hour and a half run. the rest have been good 30-45 minute runners as well! I think the dogs deserve it after working there butts off winter long to circle rabbits.

yes he was . i dont have another chief right now , but they show great promise. by next yr i might have 1 or 2 greast ones time will tell.

well here in southwest wv the running is not to good but it will get better killing them cayots dun killed 4 3 she dogs
