I use some balms and other ointments but was wondering what is everyone elses favorite stuff for healing tails and ears from the briars? Kerry

Go to your local southern states or Tractor supply. Look in the pet or Equine section for NTF cream. (Nitrofurozine)It comes in a container with a screw on lid. It leaves a little bit of yellow color on the hair but does a great job. I have been using it on horses since the mid 90's but a local guy here in WV told me to use it on dogs also when I ask the same question about ears and tails. Keep it some place warm until you are ready to put it on. Brock
